RKFM Security Ltd has a Control Room that is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We maintain continual communication with our clients and security personnel, allowing us to respond to any scenario that may develop. For facilities that require extra or urgent protection, we can deploy security guards or additional support. All locations are geofenced, allowing us to monitor the security of the sites.
RKFM Security prioritises our guards' health and safety. The Control Room offers lone working monitoring surveillance as well as regular wellbeing inspections. If there is no answer, the Control Room can dispatch a mobile driver to investigate.
Our Control Room also manages our Keyholding and Mobile Patrol services and have the ability to GPS check all our vehicles to ensure a timely and efficient response to any alarm activation that may occur
